Good location
Have stayed here many times but not as good as previous occasions. Fewer choices for breakfast, the bedroom looked tired and needs a bit of a makeover. The staff were polite but not very happy

Sincerely, it was a real good stay for a wedding in Poole. The breakfast was savoury and plentiful with great vegetarian options, the staff was responsive. The location was marvellous, near the attractions like a cinema...

Very nice location by the sea, bus stop in front of the house, 10 minutes walk to the centre. Very friendly staff, spacious and clean room and bathroom.
Spartan breakfast buffet, not appropriate for a 4 star accommodation. Large bright dining room, but due to the furnishings there is uncomfortable ambience that does not invite you to linger.

The staff's really good attention made our stay nice, especially the pianist's enchanting melodies during dinner that created a magical atmosphere.

The hotel is really very nice. Nice staff, all very clean and comfortable. All in all, I found it a bit expensive....

Top location with view to the pier. The room was big.
The furniture was worn out, as if it hadn't been changed since 1990. The windows were dirty and the shower didn't work properly. The cooking was good, but everything else left something to be desired. Packed muesli with yoghurt or Gouda & ham with toast.

The position was good and the breakfast was one of the best! The staff at breakfast were also excellent and very helpful.
The only thing was the time restriction on the fixed menu on a Friday night.
